Notifications
Configure how you receive order and activity notifications.
Notification Channels
Bstia supports two notification channels:
Email notifications are included in all plans. Receive alerts for new orders, status changes, and more.
Telegram notifications provide instant alerts via your Telegram account. This feature requires a Premium subscription.
To set up:
- Connect your Telegram account via the notification settings
- Verify the connection by sending a test message
- Enable the notification types you want to receive
Available Notification Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| New Order | When a new order is placed |
| Order Status Change | When order status is updated |
| Low Stock | When variant stock drops below threshold |
Open Notification Settings
Go to Settings → Notifications or visit /dashboard/{storeId}/settings?page=notifications.
Enable Channels
Toggle on the channels you want (Email, Telegram) and select which notification types each channel should receive.
