Manage team members, roles, and permissions in your organization.
Team Management
Each store belongs to an organization. The organization controls who has access and what they can do.

Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to everything including billing and danger zone |
| Admin | Full operational access but cannot delete the store or manage billing |
| Member | Limited access — can view and create orders but cannot change settings |
Managing Members
View Team
Go to Settings → Organization to see all current members and their roles.
Invite Members
Click Invite and enter the email address. The user will receive an invitation to join your organization.
Change Roles
Use the role dropdown next to each member to change their access level.
Remove Members
Click the remove button to revoke a member's access. They will immediately lose access to the store dashboard.
Permission system
Bstia uses a granular permission system. Each role has a predefined set of permissions (e.g., product:create, order:edit). See the RoleGate blocks throughout these docs for specific permission requirements.
