Inventory Overview & History
Monitor stock levels across all variants and review inventory transaction history.
Inventory Dashboard
The inventory page has two views:
Shows current stock for every variant in your store. Quickly spot low-stock or out-of-stock items.
A chronological log of all stock changes — sales, restocks, adjustments, and returns.
Managing Inventory
View Stock Levels
Navigate to Inventory → Overview tab. You'll see each variant with its current stock, SKU, and product name.
Adjust Stock
Click on a variant row to adjust its stock manually. Each adjustment creates an inventory transaction record.
Review Transactions
Switch to the History tab to see all transactions. Each entry shows:
- Transaction type (sale, restock, adjustment, return)
- Quantity changed
- Resulting stock level
- Timestamp and user
Automatic stock updates
Stock is automatically deducted when orders are created and restored when orders are cancelled or returned. You don't need to adjust manually for normal sales flow.
